House rules
A few simple things.
Mostly common sense. We're a licensed coffeeshop under Dutch law (AHOJGI) — and a neighbour on a residential street. These rules keep both intact.
- 0118+ only.
A valid passport, EU ID card or driving licence is required at the door. We may check. No exceptions.
- 02Maximum 5 grams per day.
Per person, per visit. This is the legal limit under Dutch law and we follow it.
- 03No tobacco indoors.
Dutch law doesn't permit tobacco in coffeeshops. Pure options only — staff can show you tobacco-free alternatives at the counter.
- 04No alcohol.
None served, none allowed on the premises. Please also don't arrive intoxicated.
- 05No photos of staff or guests.
Without their permission. The space, the mural, the counter — all fine to shoot. People are not.
- 06Respect the neighbourhood.
Jan Pieter Heijestraat is residential — Van Lennepbuurt is people's homes. Keep voices down on the way in and out, especially after 22:00.
- 07Everyone is welcome — and treated the same.
LGBTQ+ friendly, transgender safe space, wheelchair accessible. If anyone in the shop is making someone else uncomfortable, staff will step in.
- 08Be kind.
To staff, to each other. The crew goes out of their way — meet them halfway. Staff may refuse service if needed.
